Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)*

Irish Machinery Valuations adhere to the standards and ethics guidelines outlined by the USPAP, the global best practice standard for machinery and equipment valuation. These guiding principles ensure that valuation reports produced by Irish Machinery Valuations are independent, certified and defensible.  

NEBB Institute**

Irish Machinery Valuations staff are members of The NEBB Institute and have completed the institutes comprehensive machinery and equipment appraisal training programme. The NEBB Institute requires members to pass a detailed written examination and submit a demonstration valuation report before awarding successful applicants the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) designation. 

Once qualified CMEA’s receive continuous training and must recertify every five years. 

Irish Machinery Valuations staff are CMEA qualified.
